We collect information directly from you, from the NDIA with your consent, from your support coordinator with your consent, and from your service providers when they submit invoices.

We use your information to provide NDIS plan management services, communicate about your plan, meet our obligations under the NDIS Act 2013, maintain accurate financial records and improve our services.

5. Who We Share Information With

We only share your information where necessary and permitted by law — including with the NDIA, your service providers, your support coordinator (with consent), and our accounting software providers (MYOB and Xero). We do not sell or trade your information.

6. How We Protect Your Information

Your information is stored securely using MYOB and Xero accounting software, password protection, SSL encryption on our website, and limited staff access. We retain records for a minimum of 7 years as required by law.

7. Your Rights

8. Sensitive Information

As an NDIS plan manager, we may collect sensitive information about your disability. We only collect what is necessary and handle it with the highest level of care and confidentiality.
